  • Recordings are deleted from our servers within 30 days of processing unless you explicitly save them

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, device information)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies
  • Usage patterns and feature interactions

3. Sensitive Information

Do not upload calls that contain sensitive personal information, including but not limited to:

  • Social Security numbers
  • Credit card numbers
  • Bank account details
  • Government ID numbers
  • Medical information

RepCoach is not designed to handle, store, or process this type of sensitive personal data. If such data is detected or reported, it will be deleted immediately.

  • Call recordings are stored securely on our cloud infrastructure

6. AI Processing

  • Call audio is processed by third-party AI providers: AssemblyAI (transcription) and OpenRouter (analysis)
  • These providers process data under their own privacy policies and do not retain data for training beyond what their policies allow
  • RepCoach does not sell, share, or license user call data to any third party

7. Your Call Recording Data

  • You retain all rights to your uploaded call recordings
  • We process recordings solely to provide AI post-call analysis
  • Recordings are deleted within 30 days of processing unless you explicitly save them
  • You can delete your recordings at any time from your dashboard
  • Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication
  • AssemblyAI: Audio transcription
  • OpenRouter: AI analysis
  • Vercel: Hosting infrastructure
  • Polar.sh: Payment processing

Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.

  • You are responsible for obtaining consent from all parties on a call before uploading recordings where required by law
  • You must comply with all applicable call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction, including two-party consent laws where applicable

12. Children's Privacy

RepCoach is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

13. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
