RepCoach is an independently operated software product. References to "RepCoach," "we," "us," or "our" refer to the operator of the Service.

3. Description of Service

RepCoach is an AI-powered sales call analysis platform that enables users to upload call recordings and receive insights, including but not limited to transcription, objection detection, performance analysis, and follow-up content generation.

We may modify, improve, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using RepCoach, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscription and Billing

RepCoach offers subscription-based pricing as displayed on the website.

6.2 Billing

  • Payments are processed through third-party providers
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law

We may modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect the current billing cycle.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, process, or transmit:

  • Financial information (e.g., credit cards, bank accounts)
  • Government identification numbers
  • Protected health information
  • Data involving minors
  • Content you do not have legal rights to

You further agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access underlying systems

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Call Recording and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all recordings uploaded to RepCoach comply with applicable laws, including consent requirements.

RepCoach does not record calls and is not responsible for how recordings are obtained.

9. User Content

9.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload.

9.2 License

You grant RepCoach a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

9.3 AI Usage

RepCoach does not use your data to train or improve AI models.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, branding, and generated outputs (excluding your content) are owned by RepCoach and protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

11. Data and Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no system is completely secure.

12. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Non-payment
  • Legal or security risks

Upon termination:

  • Access ends immediately
  • Data may be deleted within a reasonable timeframe

14. Disclaimers

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RepCoach harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your uploaded content
  • Your violation of applicable laws or these Terms

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law or where claims may be brought in small claims court.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
